Welcome to Happy Pets & Paws. By booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure the safety, well-being, and happiness of every pet in our care.

Terms of Service

Full Terms & Conditions are provided when you register with Happy Pets & Paws and wish to use any of our services.

Registration

Registration includes:

• Completion of an Agreement, Veterinary Consent, and other forms. These documents form part of your service contract with Happy Pets & Paws

• Agreement with our Terms & Conditions as applicable to the service required

• A Meet and Greet appointment for all new clients

• A trial familiarisation day for boarding and daycare applications

Pet Eligibility

To ensure a safe, peaceful environment for all animals, the following conditions apply:

• Boarding and daycare: Dogs must be reliably sociable with other dogs and well-behaved in a home to qualify for home boarding, daycare

• Group walks: Dogs must be reliably sociable with other dogs 

• All dogs must be fully vaccinated, including kennel cough vaccination

• All dogs must be up to date with flea and worming treatments

• All pets should be free of infections diseases and parasites

Payment & cancellations

• Payment is required in advance of each service

• Home boarding bookings require payment of a Booking Fee to reserve dates, (a percentage of the overall cost), provided dogs have undergone their trial familiarisation day

• Cancellations may incur fees depending on which service is selected, and the timing of a cancellation

• Ongoing regular monthly bookings (daycare, walks, and visits) are payable monthly in advance, with a month’s notice required to terminate a contract

• Full Terms and Conditions are supplied when a new owner registers with Happy Pets & Paws
