Answers to common questions about our services, process, and care approach.
Happy Pets & Paws is owned and run by myself, a former Veterinary Nurse, with over 40 years’ experience of caring for animals, including 18 years in the veterinary profession, alongside a wealth of knowledge accrued during the process of running my own pet care business since 2011.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) undertaken relates to dog training and behaviour, including the science and physiology behind how dogs learn and behave.
I take the responsibilities of looking after dogs seriously, and have undertaken a course run by well-known dog law solicitor Trevor Cooper, highlighting the importance on the law as it pertains to dogs in the UK.
I’m fully licensed and insured, and proud to hold a 5-star Home Boarding and Daycare licence from Somerset Council.
Looking after animals has been my lifelong passion, and I treat every pet in my care as if they were my own.
